information. To see data for more than one defect, you must select
defect as a row variable.

(B) Optional parameters are those not
selected as row and column variables, but used to restrict output to one
value of a variable.

(C) When Race-Ethnicity, Age, or Gender is selected as a
row or column variable, data will be shown for all values of the variable.
For Year and Birth Defect, specific values must be chosen.
